Net has System.Diagnostics.Stopwatch class (
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.diagnostics.stopwatch_methods.aspx)
while Mono has System.Threading.Watch.
Both classes looks very similar.

It could be a good idea to rename Watch class to Stopwatch and move it to the
System.Diagnostics namespace.
This step increases compatibility with .Net and Mono.
