The project you uploaded has the following problems (at the very least):

#1: Its in a folder with spaces "My test project ..."
#2: Its in a sub folder with spaces "test project"
#3: The test project includes a reference to a seperate mscorlib from the
desktop
#4: OpenMetaverse.dll is compiled against a desktop profile not monotouch and
includes types not in the monotouch profile.

You must compile everything as monotouch library projects and cannot include
arbitrary corlibs.
