Test case

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr; rv:1.9.2.3)
Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3

This is quite minor alright. The borders around ComboBoxes isn't drawn the same
in .NET and in Mono, when VisualStyles are enabled. In Mono, it looks similar
to the way it's done on Windows classic, with some kind of 3D border around the
ComboBox.

It's basically the same issue as with ListBoxes (bug 600423).
