Test case

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr; rv:1.9.2.3)
Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3

This bug report concerns Windows with VisualStyles enabled (ie: not when
running in Windows classic mode).

See the test case, it shows 2 issues when disabling the GroupBox (there's a
checkbox to disable it):

1- The GroupBox Text remains blue (or whichever color, depending on your
theme), while it should look disabled
2- The top line of the GroupBox moves up by 1px

Reproducible: Always
