Fixed in r156051.

As a temporary workaround you can move the "dataGridView1.DataSource =
bindingSource1" to after you are done adding columns by hand.

I am also going to attach a build of System.Windows.Forms.dll which you can use
to replace the one in mono's gac if you don't want to bother compiling.
