Well, actually, IMO, both.

I have two NICs with 192.168.1.83 and .109 in the same machine.  MonoVS server
listens on .83, but not .109.  MonoVS client shows it listening on .109 only. 
So I get an 'actively refused connection' dialog from MonoVS client when trying
to run/debug remotely on .109.  So, I put .83 in the box and it was fine.

I'll try out the .config line you mentioned.  That will work nicely for me if
so.

Apologies for the confusion.  I just wanted to be clear that the computer had
multiple NICs.
