It seems this bug might have recropped in 2.6.3-4 again on the Mac 10.6.3

When issuing

program::main()

   IpcChannel channel = new IpcChannel("something_1");   WORKS FINE

But when under a DLL the same code would give out a 

Array index is out of bounds in the innerException
