The Mono.Data.Sqlite assembly has been deprecated around the 2.4 release and is
removed from Mono trunk (and thus 2.8+). Also, the type mentioned in the stack
trace exists only in the 1.1 version of the assembly (this was the case with
2.4 as well - so no change there).
