xbuild refuses to compile NbuExplorer.csproj

Description of Problem:
xbuild is not able to compile a GPL project called NbuExplorer

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download the latest NbuExplorer tarball from here:
http://nbuexplorer.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/nbuexplorer.tar.gz?view=tar
2. Compile with 'xbuild nbuexplorer/trunk/NbuExplorer.csproj'


Actual Results: on windows it compiles and runs ok, but in ubuntu refuses to
compile


Expected Results: should compile like in windows.


How often does this happen?  everytime
