mono-core-2.6.4-37.1
mono 2.6.4 rc3
SLES 11


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run UsingWebBrowser
2. click on Go in the address bar
3. keep window small and use the scroll bars


Actual Results:
Background does not fill in when scrolling over

Expected Results:
Background should be solid

How often does this happen? 
every time
