Marek, Fixed as of svn r155197. xbuild now uses dmcs and uses the correct
references. I can't build IronJS completely because of some missing
Microsoft.VisualStudio.QualityTools.UnitTestFramework assembly.

Philippe, Which version of xbuild are you using? Could you attach a sample
monodevelop solution/project that fails with it? As for MonoTouch projects,
could you attach a sample project that i could try?
