Can you provide detailed steps to run that program?

or better yet, is it possible for you to provide a standalone program that can
help in reproducing the issue?  Also, IMHO, you can try 2.6.3 which has lots of
fixes w.r.t .NET compatibility in DataReaders and DataAdapters.
