Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Visual Studio.
2. Create a new winforms project.
    File
    New Project
    Visual C#
    Windows
    Windows Forms Application
3. Mono->Run in Mono 


Actual Results:
if mono is not installed, there is not link to tell you where you can download
it from.

Expected Results:
There should be a link pointing you to download mono in case you don't have it
installed.
