Description of Problem:

I am unable to debug an ASP.NET app locally with monotools 2.0 r5869.  On
clicking on "Debug in Mono", then selecting a profile, the application is
compiled then I get a console box which is blank and never exits.  No web
server is started and a browser is also not started.
