Description of Problem:

Win 7 Ultimate x86
VS 2010
MonoTools 2.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:

[Mono should not be installed on the computer.]
1.Open Visual Studio.
2.Create a new winforms project.
  a.File
  b.New Project
  c.Visual C#
  d.Windows
  e.Windows Forms Application
3.Mono->Run Locally in Mono


Actual Results:

The system cannot find the path specified

Expected Results:

1.There should be an error dialog indicating Mono is not installed on the  
computer.
2.Make sure that the link to download mono works.

How often does this happen?
