As per conversations with lupus, this isn't an acceptable solution. 
libMonoPosixHelper.so can't link against libmono.so.

I'll need to try moving the Mono_Unix_UnixSignal_WaitAny() logic from
MonoPosixHelper into Mono.Posix.dll (so that Environment.HasShutdownStarted can
be used), see if that's a workaround.
