Sample app to reproduce issue

Description of Problem:
When creating a custom control that overrides the 'controls' property (so that
users of the control don't have to worry about where to put children), the
postback of all children no longer function.

This works fine in MS.NET.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open sample application.
2. Run Application
3. Click on the 'Click Me!' link button

Actual Results:
Text of the 'Click Me' button does not change

Expected Results:
Text of the 'Click Me' button should change to 'Woot! I got clicked!'

How often does this happen?
Every time

Additional Information:
This is used extensively by an application I'm trying to port to Mono, and
would not make sense to program around it.
