But I also tried it on :

Furthermore - I seemed to go away after installing downloading and making
libiconv. I found that on anothers ite somewhere - is not mentioned in the
walkthrough here that is on the mono site:

However, I was not able to build on my Snow Leopard machine, others seem to
have the same problem:
