This is still broken with the latest updated packages:

mono-addon-debugger-2.4.2.2-0.2.1
monovs-addon-server-0.4.4034-5.1

I'm getting the same debug output as in the original attachment.  So, it looks
like its still trying to read the shell script rather than the binary.
