When CheckBoxRenderer.DrawCheckBox is told to draw
CheckBoxState.UncheckedPressed or CheckBoxState.CheckedPressed, the graphics
rendered look identical to CheckBoxState.UncheckedNormal and
CheckBoxState.CheckedNormal.  They should have something to indicate that
they're pressed, eg. a shaded background.
