Oh, to clarify, mono-debugger 2.4.2.2 is what's is shipped in MonoVS 0.4.

The number seems old because we wanted to save 2.4.2.3 for when we actually
push the debugger to mono-x so that the debugger version lines up with
mono-core in mono-x.

So this is the latest debugger (at least according to ajorg).
