To test this I did:
1) Create a new solution based on the C# console project template
2) Added a "Setup" project to the solution
3) Built the solution
4) Clicked "Mono / Analyze for Mono Migration"

As expected, I got "MoMA was unable to find any potential issues in this
application."

Marking verified.
