Precompiled test case

At the risk of becoming a complete pain I have re-opened this bug. It is
possible to reproduce it on the 2.4.2.3 VMWare openSUSE Image downloadable from
the Mono site. Furthermore in the latest SVN revision the problem still occurs
(I last tested with r142353). 

I must stress that this only occurs with precompiled sites. When running the
site using the source files the problem does not occur. I have uploaded the
precompiled version of the source test case previously supplied by Marek. To
reproduce do the following: 

1) Download and run the Mono 2.4.2.3 openSUSE VMWare image from the Mono site.
2) Create a folder at '/home/rupert/Desktop' called 'MonoTest'.
3) Copy the precompiled files from the attached test case into this folder.
4) Run 'xsp2' from this location ('/home/rupert/Desktop/MonoTest') in a
terminal.
5) Browse to 'http://localhost:8080'
5) The 'Hello World' Javascript alert does not appear when the page loads.
