I can confirm that the application, submitted by Kenny, indeed systematically
crashes.

Tested this with the latest Mono release on both OSX 10.6 and 10.6.1

I've been having this problem with my full application as well, and hope that
with this small demo program, debugging and fixing will be a lot easier.
