Test Case

Here is a simplified test case.  

- Do not set any breakpoints.
- Go to Debug->Exceptions (Ctrl-Alt-E)
- Check the "Thrown" box of CLR Exceptions.
- Debug remotely in Mono.

You will get the exception in the log window of the Linux side.
