Tests case the shows .NET and mono behaviour difference

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.13)
Gecko/2009080315 Ubuntu/9.04 (jaunty) Firefox/3.0.13

NET returns bases classes of types first. (although this doesn't seem to be
documented on MSDN)

For example using a assembly containing these types:
class A : B
{

}

class B
{

}

NET returns B,A while mono returns A,B

Attaching test case showing problem.

1. Compile and run test program

TestGetTypes.B
TestGetTypes.C
TestGetTypes.Program

Expected Results:  
TestGetTypes.C
TestGetTypes.B
TestGetTypes.A
TestGetTypes.Program
