Following the tutorial at
http://www.mono-project.com/MonoTouch_Tutorial_HelloiPhone, I get this error:

jamesmoore at james-moores-macbook-pro-2:/tmp$ smcs hello.cs
-r:/Developer/MonoTouch/usr/lib/mono/2.1/monotouch.dll
jamesmoore at james-moores-macbook-pro-2:/tmp$ /Developer/MonoTouch/usr/bin/mtouch
-sim Hello.app hello.exe
The directory Hello.app does not exist

Shouldn't that command be creating the Hello.app directory?
