I have similar problem with a fairly complex app.  It crashes randomly on GC
too (I see 'thread_get_state failed' followed by a stack trace).  The crash
happens only on Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and not on 10.5.

The app uses Monobjc to embed WebKit into Carbon view.  Could not narrow it
down, though.
