In the attached testcase, when requesting the ISelectionService (and maybe
others) from IServiceContainer it fails if IDesignerHost hasn't created a root
component.
This is easy to circumvent, but not compatible with MS.Net (and took me some
time to find out).

1. Compile and run attached testcase

Exception when trying to access ISelectionService.

Expected Results:  
Should be accessible from the beginning.

I used Mono 2.4.2.3 and the given Patch for #537131
