Sample programs to illustrate key code problems with ReadKey()

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; da; rv:1.9.0.13)
Gecko/2009073022 Firefox/3.0.13 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

System.Console.ReadKey returns incorrect values for a number of keys on an
ordinary PC keyboard. Most noticeably is the space bar (which yields '0') and
also the numeric keypad keys.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attachment.
2. Run the program "fail0001.exe", using Mono, and hit space bar to see that
the program does not end as it should.
3. Run the program 'scancode.exe' to try out all PC keyboard keys.
Actual Results:
ReadKey() returns '0' (char const) instead of the proper key code.

Expected Results:
I expect to get the proper key codes for all keys on an IBM PC compatible PC.
