Description of Problem:

I try to analyze a solution for mono migration and I have got  the msg box
error with the message:

There was an error trying to scan the solution.

In detailed description I've got:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException(0x8002802b): Element not found.
at EnvDTE.Configuration.get_Properties()
at Novell.MonoVS.Utilities.GetConfigProperty(Project project, String property)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a solution 
2. From menu bar Mono select "Analyze for Mono Migration (MoMA)"


Actual Results:
Error message box 

Expected Results:
The solution is analyzed with MOMA

How often does this happen? 
Always

Additional Information:
The solution contains 7 projects
among them 1 Test Project and 1 Setup project
