Sample project

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_5_7; en-us)
AppleWebKit/530.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.1 Safari/530.18

I took PocketMEF project and attempted a port to PocketPC. Only initial "hello
world" was attempted and found that -nolink would resolve the issue of the
exception.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the sample project included.
2. Compile normally
3.
Actual Results:
Exceptions

Expected Results:
Doesn't crash, hello world should show up in the console output when run on the
simulator.
