System.Drawing.Design.ToolboxItem Bitmap property don't has build-in Bitmaps
(for Designer purposes)

When creating a ToolboxItem with the type of a Windows Forms Control, the
Bitmap property should give a build-in icon (as does so in MS.Net)


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create ToolboxItem
2. Get Bitmap property
3.
Actual Results:  
Bitmap property gives nothing (null)

Expected Results:  
Bitmap property should give a bild-in standard Bitmap
