Cleared all breakpoints and the error went away.  My guess is I had set a
breakpoint, deleted the line of code that had the breakpoint which caused MD to
move the breakpoint to another line.  

Also I did notice when running in the debugger the debugger would stop in the
OnActivated function, yet no breakpoints were even set in this file.

If I get into this state again I will attach the entire project at that time.
