Do you read my previous comment ?

DBService is Service that create server object by interface when cleint
requared server object. Object is created in time by Activator.GetObject. But
berofe we create object we need register that by
RemotingConfiguration.RegisterWellKnownClientType.

Process of registering on type ot remote object DO NOT REQUIRE FILE DBSevice.
This application work fine on MS Windows + MS .Net 2.0.

DBService must be on server ( another computer, not here ). You try touch file
DBService and you see that error is same :)
