That did not fix it.  (r4348)

Instead of reverting r4325 (which I believe is correct), I reverted r4321 that
changed pdb2mdb to use the new function.  This fixed debugging so we can keep
moving.  (r4349)

There wasn't any comment as to why pdb2mdb was changed to use the new function,
so did I re-break something else?  It looks like the change was part of the
"mounted folders" feature we decided not to ship in 1.0.

Please let me know if I've broken something that need to be fixed for 1.0.
