This is much better. I verified that this is fixed on MonoVS 1.0p1 on WinXP
i586.

It Now says:
"Building..."
-then-
"Precompiling web site..."
-then-
"Copying files to server..."

Since it no longer says "Setting up connection to server" the user doesn't get
the impression that connecting to the server is taking a long time.
