I can now reproduce this with a linux-only test case; I wrote a tiny
monovs-martin-test.exe client which talks to the monovs-gui-server.exe and
tries to run two sessions.

I'll investigate more tomorrow.

Thomas, regarding your comment #1 - this is part of what I've mentioned on the
call, the entire exiting code is completely broken and needs fixing.  I've seen
the same exception before.

That's the next thing I'll look at.
