Results of running PEVerify

I ran PE verify on 4 different builds:

- Debug with MonoDevelop (mono 2.4) on Mac
- Debug with Visual Studio 2005
- Release with Visual Studio 2005
- Release with MonoDevelop (mono 2.4.2) on the Mono VM.

You'll probably notice that the IKVM dlls generate a bunch of errors.  I
downloaded these from the IKVM project; but on mono I think the versions in the
GAC override these.

js.dll is Rhino converted to a dll through IKVM.

When my application crashes, it hasn't touched IKVM / Rhino.
