Gonzalo: Yes this should fix that issue in most cases.

Michael: 
1 The medium trust issue should not occur with mono at all, although I agree
this could be done more proper then.
2 you mean support that through the resourceAssembly too, or walk all
assemblies if there is no entry assembly?
