In MonoVS 0.7p1 (r4212), the "Setting up connection to server..." still stays
up for a very long time, and then finally the "Copying files to server..."
message appears.

I talked to jpobst on IRC about this and he said that he'll look at breaking it
up better in the next beta.

Re-opening for now.
