I don't remember anymore whether there was any reason for doing so, but I'm a
bit worried this may cause problems later.

I really think we should preserve the hierarchy here and use

ClassLibrary/bin/Debug/ClassLibrary1.dll
MonoVSTestProject5/bin/Debug/MonoVSTestProject.exe
