Martin, is this something you could get done by Monday?  If not, I'll take a
crack at it.

We need to add an option to the Mono -> Debugging Settings page called "Use
MONO_IOMAP when running/debugging remotely on Linux", defaulted to on.

Then we need to pass that value in our DebuggingSession class, and then add the
environment variable to where we launch the user's application on Linux.
