well, ...

after all the request to finally support /usr/lib/debug in the mono-debugger is
just at least 2.5 years old.

"This was fixed in the build service but not in autobuild." ... sort of.
The creation of debuginfo packages for mono was disabled in Jan 2008
(and such for openSUSE 11.0 and 11.1 as well as for SLE11) and at that
time clearly marked as a _workaround_.

This bug is about CODE10 not having the same change in the rpm package.

The change itself is trivial: commenting out 10 lines in
scripts/find-debuginfo.sh
does have exactly that effect.

The problem is that this will affect the set of subpackages for any
mono-related
package in CODE10-SP2 and CODE10-SP3 for any new updates for mono-related
packages: they will not have "-debuginfo" subpackages any longer.

packages for "rpm" are submitted for SLES10-SP2 and SLES10-SP3,
but I'd like to hear from the maintenance team on this change.
