Well, the workaround, of course, would be for the user to just run
monovs-server / monovs-gui-server as whatever user they want their app to run
as.

So I'm not sure if this is worth implementing, as it would either be a pain for
the user to setup (ssh keys, sudo perm, etc), or a pain to implement as we
would have to forward the authentication prompt through to windows side.

I think for now it's best / easiest to just have the user run monovs-server /
monovs-gui-server as the user they want their application to run as.
