Description of Problem:

After we get all the other issues with running on RHEL out of the way, we need
to make sure we run fine with SELinux.  Currently we are getting errors
however, they may be a result of links to conf files which are outside of the
normal location for apache conf files, etc.

This is a place holder bug so that we can track issues related to SELinux.  We
may end up having to create a SELinux profile for mod_mono.
