Yeah, my bad.

It's that we do not precompile for Run Local, and we do for Run Remote.

The precompile puts the resources in a compiled .dll that Mono 2.4.2.3 does not
seem to pick up.  It looks like Mono 2.6 would work, if someone wants to try
that on Linux.

If so, we should probably make sure the fix is in Mono 2.4.next as well.
