test application build with VS2005

run
mono WindowsApplication1.exe in the Release directory
you see a Treeview.
expand "Calendar"
click on Cyclus 1
This produces the described error.

Result:
it is problably NOT a bug, because there is really a missing image in the
imagelist. (Treeview points to image 1, but there is only image 0.)

Windows .Net does not produce an error, but displays an empty "image" while
mono crashes in the designer.cs

(Sorry, I did not realize that I induced this hidden error myself.)
