I don't think anything needs to change with apache - at least I've not seen
issues with it.  However, I don't know how the appache process forks/execs mono
processes.  They may need environment variables set.  Hm...not sure on that
one.

As for the desktop files, they just reference the scripts for the executables
so as long as we've edited the start up scripts for those, we should be good.
