Jochen,

  There was a bug with the binding, which is fixed in the next version.  I have
uploaded a dll to:

http://sublimeintervention.com/20091010/monotouch.dll

The .DrawString variant should not be there, you want to use .DrawString
(string, RectangleF, UIFont)
